Discover a deeper awareness in your yoga practice and explore different types of techniques to enhance your range of motion.

This workshop will also focus on tools to help you better relax, and manage stress and anxiety.

WORKSHOP ITINERARY:

SATURDAY (12 OCTOBER)

Be introduced to the concept and principles of Yin Yoga, followed by a Yin-dulging 3-hour Yin Yoga class, incorporating Non Sleep Deep Rest where participants will learn to find deep rest and restoration.

1:30PM – 2:00PM: Yin Yoga Concepts (30-min lecture)

2:00PM – 5:00PM: Yin Yoga practice, including a 30-min Non Deep Sleep Rest practice.

SUNDAY (13 OCTOBER)

Be introduced and understand the myofascial system in the body, followed by a 3-hour MyoYin Yoga class, incorporating the use of myofascial release balls* to release deeper layers of physical tension. Ending with the Non Sleep Deep Rest protocol.

1:30PM – 2:00PM: Myofsacia explained

2:00PM – 5:00PM: Yin Yoga practice, including Myofascial Release*

*Please bring along your own myofascial release balls. Otherwise, tennis balls will be provided.
